This adorable little box is a great place to store a ring or gem. It seemed natural it should have a nisse sitting under the mushroom cap. I hope you'll enjoy painting this fun piece. Each box is a little different since the lid is turned from a tree limb. Much of the time now the tree limb is hard to get, so we've been making it with a turned rounded lid. That way it's nice to paint a design ontop of the lid. It can also be an ornament with a screw eye placed in the top.
