TERMS OF SALE
General Terms of Sale: Most orders will normally be shipped within 48 - 72 hours from the time of the receipt of your credit card, excluding Sundays and Holidays. All prices are in US Dollars. The shopping cart will calculate shipping after you have added your address. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Please do not send cash. (Online orders to be paid via credit card only.)
Taxes: Oregon does not require a state tax.
Prior authorization must first be obtained. To do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and put "Return Authorization Request" in the subject line. Return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of items and return postmarked within 3 days from receipt of authorizations. Return shipping costs are excluded from refunds. No returns, refunds or exchanges on books or packets. Our goal is to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience and we are happy to do whatever we can to ensure your needs are met!
Packages will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Because the cart calculates exact shipping charges, we do add a $1 handling charge to each order.
Damage/Errors: All orders are packed with the utmost of care. If damage should occur during transit please contact the carrier. Save all boxes, product, and packing material for inspection by the shipping company. You may not receive a claim if these items are not kept. If damage is our error, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Small items are carefully wrapped for protection.
