This dust pan was first painted in the Hallingdal style in 1995 using JoSonja acrylics. It has been a favorite simple design.
The design has basic Hallingdal flowers placed in a symmetrical design. I liked the raw wood visible because it has character and seems more suitable if you are going to sweep dirt onto it. That’s one reason I stained and splattered that area. Feel free to change the background color, or use green in place of blue for a different color scheme.
The packet includes three pages of instruction, two photographs and the line drawing.
