This Sor-Trondelag ale 12” plate was painted in 2003 using JoSonja acrylics.
This Transparent Telemark design was a 2009 SDP convention project. Kleister medium is used mixed into the paint to achieve the transparent effect.
The design is fun to paint freehand, but the design is included in the packet along with the directions and photographs of the steps.
This bowl is 12 inches in diameter by 3 inches deep. I painted a design with different kinds of Os roses around a center rosette flower.
This is a unique bowl. I painted a Hallingdal design so the flowers encircle the center flower instead of having them come straight out from the center. It's fun to use different, typical kinds of Hallingdal flowers so the design becomes more asymmetrical in nature.
This basic Hallingdal design using JoSonja acrylics was painted in 2006. The cheese box measures 11” x 5” x 2”.
This Vest Agder covered bowl was painted using JoSonja acrylics. The bowl, including lid measure 7 ½” x 5”.
This Telemark towel holder was painted in 2005 using JoSonja acrylics. The wood piece measures 5” x 9” and makes a good class project.
This small 6 x 9 inch towel holder is very useful for small bathrooms, etc. I painted it with some typical Hallingdal flowers on a soft green backround.
I enjoy painting this single towel holder, this time with a Vest Agder design on black-green. It's a good project for learning the style with it's wonderful strokes, teardrops and scrolls.
I painted this Velkommen Board for my daughter's new house. It needed to be vertical, but I recommended how to adjust it for a horizontal design in the packet.
This dough bowl I painted in the Os style. It is 7" x 14" x 2".
I used a variety of Os flowers on a Warm White background.
I love this little 5 x 7 box that I usually paint with European flowers. I decided to put the Os flowers on it for a change.
This dust pan was painted in the Os style in 2001 using JoSonja acrylics. This unique piece looks terrific and is very handy next to the broom on the porch.
This dust pan was first painted in the Hallingdal style in 1995 using JoSonja acrylics. It has been a favorite simple design.
This unfinished tine was a gift which was made by John Wanke. Vest Agder seemed an appropriate style. I chose a dark blue background, but black would also be a good choice.
