This packet includes two landscape designs and different Os border designs. The designs can be put together for a full circle plate.
I designed this twelve inch clock plate and painted it in the Os style of Annanias Tviet. I love his style as it has lots of details and different kinds of bright flowers and scrolls.
This is the Nore Church in Numedal painted on a 16 inch plate from Hofcraft. The flowers are painted in the style of Sebjorn Kaverndalen.
This Telemark design is painted on a 16 inch three beaded plate which comes from Hofcraft. I used values of blue for the background. Lettering which reads, "Life is full of the big things for the ones who are comfortable with the small things," circles the center design. For the border I used string of Telemark flowers.
This 1994, 14" Telemark style plate includes two nissen decorating a Christmas tree.
This Telemark design was painted on a 14" plate using JoSonja's acrylics.
This 50th anniversary plate was painted for my sister and husbands big celebration. I used flowers and acanthus leaves, etc. that were inspired by those painted by Peder Aadnes in the Bagn church.
The Bagn church in the Valdres valley was painted in 2000 using JoSonja’s acrylics on a 10” plate.
This Baroque flower catchall was painted on a Teal green background using JoSonja acrylics in 2006. It measures 10 5/8” x 18” x 5”.
These Gudbrandsdal, Baroque flowers were painted in 1996 on the wood Chippendale tray using JoSonja acrylics. The measurements are 15 3/4" x10 1/8" x 1 1/8".
This Chippendale tray was painted in 1998 in the Telemark style using JoSonja acrylics. The tray I designed it out of wood, similar to metal trays. It measures 15 3/4” x 10” x 1 1/8”.
This packet includes three Os designs that can be mixed and matched. The band on the top varies in width due the the hole cut for the tealight, taper, or mini clock.
This dough bowl I painted in the Os style. It is 7" x 14" x 2".
I used a variety of Os flowers on a Warm White background.
This geometric, Hallingdal shallow 10” bowl was painted using JoSonja acrylics in 2006.
This 12" bowl is just an inch high, so it's depth is not a problem when painting.
In this geometric design I used some typical Hallingdal flower forms. The border is a fun and relates well to the details of the inside of the bowl.
This wonderful bowl is painted with basic Hallingdal flowers in a geometric design. There is a simple border painted around the outside. It measurers 6 x 1 and 2 inches at the handles.
